To secure a spot in one of our courses, read our term & conditions, and fill out the form below. After you sign and submit the form, you will be redirected to our deposits page where you will be able to pay the deposit, each course requires a deposit. Deposit amounts are displayed when you select each course, add up all deposits and go through the prompts to pay the final amount. If you have any problems during this process, please call us on 0433 536 002 and we will help you.

Welcome to Eye Design Academy
These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the courses at Eye Design Academy.
Eye Design Academy is located at:
72 Erskine Street, Sydney, NSW – 2000, Australia
Deposit and cancellation:
You can cancel a training session up to four (4) weeks before the commencing training date and your deposit will be refunded minus an administration fee of $200 per deposit taken. Deposits will not be refunded for any cancellation during the 4 weeks prior to the training commencing date.
The remaining payment for your course must be paid in full 14 days before the commencing date of the course, via bank transfer or credit card payment over the phone. Full payment at this stage is non-refundable.
Bookings for Microblading, Cosmetic Tattooing, Eyelash Extensions and Fibroblast courses in Sydney can be rescheduled two (2) weeks prior to the commencing date of the course that has been booked, you may incur additional charges if you want to reschedule for a training session date that does not include a discount offer or has a different price.
You cannot reschedule or cancel a training session if it is booked within two (2) weeks prior to the training session.
Bookings for Microblading, Cosmetic Tattooing, Eyelash Extensions and Fibroblast courses in cities other than Sydney cannot be rescheduled.
If you do not show up to your training session, your deposit and course fee will not be refunded.
