Terms and conditions – For Model Spots (Cosmetic Tattooing and Eyelash Extensions Treatments)
To secure your booking as a model with Eye Design Sydney / Eye Design Academy, the full price is to be paid upon booking via bank transfer or credit card over the phone.
Model Spot price: $50
Advanced Model Spot price: $195
A $100 deposit is taken for the $50 Model Spot and $50 will be refunded to you after your treatment. Model Spot deposits, Advanced Model Spot payments and Model Touchups payments are non-refundable.
Model Spots do not include Touchups, Touchups for Models are charged at an additional cost of $250 if booked as a follow-up Touchup on the same day of the initial Model Spot and will be charged at $350 if booked at a later date.
Terms and conditions – Training & Courses
Deposit and cancellation: You can cancel a training session up to four (4) weeks before the commencing training date and your deposit will be refunded minus an administration fee of $200 per deposit taken. Deposits will not be refunded for any cancellation during the 4 weeks prior to the training commencing date.
The remaining payment for your course must be paid 14 days before the commencing date of the course, via bank transfer or credit card payment over the phone. Full payment at this stage is non-refundable.
Bookings for Microblading, Cosmetic Tattooing, Eyelash Extensions and Fibroblast courses can be rescheduled two (2) weeks prior to the commencing date of the course that has been booked, you may incur additional charges if you want to reschedule for a training session date that does not include a discount offer or has a different price.
You can not reschedule or cancel a training session if it is booked within two (2) weeks prior to the training session.
if you do not show up to your training session, your deposit and course fee will not be refunded.
Terms and conditions – Cosmetic Tattooing Treatments
Deposits are non-refundable. To secure your booking with Eye Design Sydney, a $100 deposit is required for the 1st (first) cosmetic tattoo procedure in a day; a $200 deposit is required for the 2nd (second) cosmetic tattoo procedures in the same day; and a $300 deposit is required for the 3rd (third) cosmetic tattoo procedures. These deposits will be deducted from the price of the respective appointment scheduled on the day.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or over the phone with your credit card, we do not save your credit card details.
Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice (2 days) prior to your appointment time. If you do not show up to your appointment or reschedule you will lose your deposit.
If you do not attend to your complementary Touch Up appointment (No show) or reschedule within the time frames explained above, you will be charged a $95 re-book fee to re-book your complementary Touch Up.
Please allow sufficient time for your procedure and arrive promptly (10 to 15 minutes early). If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment and we can’t fit you in the next time block, you will miss your appointment and lose your deposit.
Terms and conditions – Eyelash Extension & Lift
A $50 deposit is required upon booking. Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice (2 days) prior to your appointment time.
Eyelash services deposits are non-refundable.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and we can’t fit you in our next time block, you will lose your deposit.
