Terms and conditions – Model Spot for Cosmetic Tattoo and Eyelash Extensions
To secure your booking as a model with Eye Design Sydney, the full price is to be paid up on booking via bank transfer or credit card over the phone.
Model Spot: $195
Advanced Model Spot: $295
Model Spot Payments are non-refundable and do not include Touch Up.
Touch Ups for Models are charged at an additional cost of $195
Terms and conditions – Cosmetic Tattoo
To secure your booking with Eye Design Sydney, a $100 deposit is required for 01 cosmetic tattoo procedure; for 02 cosmetic tattoo procedures, a $200 deposit is required and for 03 cosmetic tattoo procedures, a $300 deposit is required. These deposits will be deducted from the price of the respective appointment scheduled on the day.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card over the phone.
If you cancel your cosmetic tattoo appointment within 72 hours we will hold your deposit.
For cancellations outside the 72 hours period, we will hold a $50 admin and processing fee and refund the rest of your deposit.
Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice (2 days) prior to your appointment time. If you do not show up to your appointment or reschedule you will lose your deposit.
If you do not show up to your complementary Touch Up appointment or cancel or reschedule within the time frames explained above, you will lose your complementary Touch Up and be charged a $95 re-book fee to re-book your complementary Touch Up.
Please allow sufficient time for your procedure and arrive promptly. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment and we can’t fit you in the next time block, you will also lose your deposit.
Terms and conditions – Eyelashes
A $50 deposit is required upon booking. Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice (2 days) prior to your appointment time.
Eyelash services deposits are non-refundable.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and we can’t fit you in our next time block, you will lose your deposit.
Terms and conditions – Training
Deposit and cancellation: You can cancel a training session up to four (4) weeks before the commencing training date and your deposit will be refunded minus an administration fee of $200 per deposit taken. Deposit will not be refunded for any cancellation during the 4 weeks prior to the training commencing date.
Bookings for our courses can be rescheduled two (2) weeks prior to the commencing date of the course that has been booked, you may incur additional charges if you try to reschedule for a training session date that does not include a discount offer.
You can not reschedule or cancel a training session if it is booked within two (2) weeks prior to the training session.
if you do not show up to your training session, you will lose your deposit.
